Hot on the heels of the new dining room: Third Floor Bathroom
Currently our third floor bathroom is ripped down to the studs. I’ll post before and after pictures when it is finished, but until then here is a video of my brother and I sledgehammering a cast iron bathtub.

Why would you do that to a cast iron tub. You could have paid for half of you bathroom if you sold it……
I looked into selling it. Given the condition it was in I would have only been able to sell it for a few hundred. It would have been hard to remove from the house as well. We would have needed to remove the railing on the stairs. Also, my front steps would not have supported the 200 pound tub plus the 300 pounds of man power it would have taken to remove it.
