Renovations set to begin May 22nd

All of my time and brain power has been taken up with work and grad school. The semester ends May 10th for me. I plan to get working on the house right after. I am going to start by finishing up the living room. I need to throw a second coat of paint up and put in some built in bookcases next to the fireplace. That will require a new power tool: circular saw! Mwahhhhahahhaaa.

After the living room is finished I want to get our new kitchen going. I have an idea of what I want to do, but I need to find out what my options are for plumbing, power, and gas placement in the room.
